Privacy and AI note
Text-first follow-up should feel clear, not uncanny.
This workflow is designed for continuity after a missed call. It is not a
substitute for therapy, crisis support, or clinical decision-making.
What gets captured
The system stores callback requests, brief written messages, voicemail links,
and basic timestamps so the office can follow up. It should be paired with the
office's retention, privacy, and incident-handling policies before production
use.
How AI is limited
The recommended use is narrow: summarize a short note for staff review, flag
urgency language, and keep the handoff organized. The system is intentionally
not built around synthetic voice agents or AI counseling.
Emergency boundary
Text continuation is for administrative follow-up and light intake only. If
someone may harm themselves or someone else, or needs immediate help, the
right path is 911 or 988.
